Blade cleaning, looks like he just finished a fight. Althrough you can not see any amor pieces, you can tell, that he's a good warrior.

Arm ring and belt clamp, you can also see traditional haircut.. There is a lot of golden decorations with indicates how powerfull and important this character is. Honey-plaster on belt is symbol of a well-being and wealth.

Clothes are multi-layered, it creates lot of interesting, triangular shapes. It adds contrast to other elements and gives more edgy look.

Althrought Japan was not famous from sailing in this period, wave pattern was very popular. Some say, it symbolises forces that are beyond human control, like a storm.

Traditional waraji shoes. More practical than some other footwear from this period. Often used by warriors.
